Jury Consulting
Jury Selection Consulting for Trial Attorneys
Jury selection shapes the entire trajectory of a trial. Even experienced trial attorneys can benefit from an outside perspective during voir dire — a second, specialized set of eyes focused solely on reading and evaluating the jury pool.
Attorney Shay Allen has selected juries in more than 50 trials across state and federal criminal and civil cases. Through that experience, he’s developed a key ability: identifying jurors who will be genuinely open to a client’s perspective. He now shares that skill with fellow trial attorneys and firms preparing for trial.
"No matter how big or small your case is, I will do everything within my power to provide you with the best representation available." — Attorney Shay T. Allen
How It Works
Attorney Allen works directly with trial attorneys during jury selection — traveling to assist with voir dire, applying methods developed over years of reading and evaluating potential jurors, and helping seat a jury receptive to the case. Once selection is complete, his role concludes.
